Savasana Meditation with Sukoshi Rice at Kula Wellness
Like everyone else in the modern world, Sukoshi Rice has experienced the effects of our over-achieving, speeded-up, human-doing culture. A former massage therapist for 30 years, and a former hatha yoga teacher, Sukoshi is uniquely equipped to help us appreciate the effects of deep relaxation, and to cultivate that relaxation to a level we seldom allow ourselves.
Come let yourself be still for an hour. We will lie in Savasana as Sukoshi walks us through an awareness of our bodies. Please bring your journal and a pen; when we emerge from Savasana, we will take time to journal and then to share any awareness we may wish with the group.
