Lunchbreak Vinyasa with Mary at Kula Wellness
This class is designed for students who are looking for a mindful break from the rest of their day. It's an invitation to flow however you need, whether you are looking for a challenge or a meditative flow to bring the physical body and the breath closer together...or both! The class begins with centering and breathing, followed by some fluid warm ups and a vinyasa sequence with lunges, standing poses, and balancing. The practice comes back down to the ground for some cooling poses, inversions, twists, and the final resting pose. Come as you are for a thoughtful, intuitive, and playful vinyasa practice where you will move your physical body through its range of motion, relax the mind, and reboot for the rest of your day and weekend ahead. This class is geared towards students who have some experience and familiarity with yoga.
