SIMPLE AND FUN WINTER RECIPES

What could be better than quick and easy, warm and nourishing, comfort food on a cold winter's day? The needed foods and ingredients list will be e-mailed to you, as we go along. So, don your aprons and sharpen your knives, as this will be an interactive class, where we'll all be cooking together, on Zoom, with excellent social distancing!
Ann Marie Stanczyk is a Nutritionist and a Medical Technologist, who has worked in Health Care her entire career. She understands disease and wellness from many viewpoints and has worked for a Holistic doctor in Blairsville for 6 years. She believes all people should be healthy and works to educate people toward that goal.
