Seasonal Tip: Mountain laurel and rhododendron are budding in April and in full-bloom by mid-late May. Tiny but hardy flowers pop up all over the forest floor. Spring evenings are often cool enough to truly enjoy the outdoors!

Festival Fun: The Mountain Home Show, showcasing the latest styles and trends in mountain home living, is in April; the Spring Arts & Crafts Festival is in May; and the annual Memorial Day Parade takes place Memorial Day weekend in downtown Blairsville.
